Author Renita M. Walker incorporated Rocky D Publishing in March of 2009. An unfair contract with a major publisher prompted Ms. Walker to fulfill her dream of publishing others by creating Rocky D Publishing (In memory of her late dog, Rocky D), now based in Westland, Michigan.

RDP is an Urban Fiction publishing company that caters readers of that genre. The company seeks to sign talented authors nationwide to fair contracts and distribute their works throughout the urban community and within mainstream literary circles. As the company continues to grow our hopes are to always maintain integrity, morals and loyalty to the literary field in general.
